Issued by RO's Post Office in September 1963 , to "facilitate" people's greetings for " Winter " Holidays ( the X-mas holiday was "black listed" by communist at that date !)
However , most of the people did ignore the regime policy with regard to religious holidays, and for ex. this postal stationery was sent on Christmas's Eve , 24 December 1969 .

Dimensions : 10,5 x 6.2 CM . To have a perspective of its size I placed it next to a standard Postal Stationery .

The Front of P.S. with printed 55 Bani stamp

The back of P.S. with following information :

Oon the left side : Pret de vanzare 1 leu ( Selling price 1 leu)

On the right side : IPFT c-da 735-B.T. IX. 1963- 220.000 ex. N.I. 4 Cod 16
( printing order no., year of printing, number of pcs., printing code)

So the Post Office printed 220.000 pieces , stock which was enough for several years.
