If you go to ebay and search under "misperf" in US stamps, you will find hundreds of examples of the kind of premium other sellers are asking for with respect to various stamps. That could give you some idea how to price yours. Whatever price you eventually decided to list, you could also include a "best offer" option to gauge buyer interest.
