"Are they worth anything?" Perhaps, but any premium value is probably minimal. They are considered an EFO (errors, freaks, oddities) and you will find that there are many different types that have come onto the secondary market, some with color shifts, or colors missing in the stamp itself and others with or without perforations or, as in your example, the perforations shifted into the design of the stamp. Surprisingly they generally don't go for too much of a premium value, as the market for such items is limited, unless of course, an EFO collector has desire for a specific item.
