I am looking for articles on the German occupational issues of Belgium during WW I. Any articles at all actually would be great.
One in particular that I found was not complete, and that was from the American Philatelist for January 1987. If anyone has this, and any other article on this topic, whatever the source or year, I would appreciate it very much. The one in the AP for January, 1987 was titled "Some German Occupation Stamps Investigated" by Dr. Hanns W. Wolff.
I suspest that, at some point, someone has published an article on these in the German Postal Specialist (the publication of the Germany Philatelic Society). I have back issues going back over 50 years to Volume 1, but I'm away from home and won't have access to them for a while. I'll ask around some of my Germany-collecting circles.
