It's being reported that the 4th Quarter Edition of the USA Philatelic Catalog is now in the mail, although it hasn't yet been posted online. Has anyone received their catalog yet? Here's what the cover looks like -- and obviously focus is given to the Medal of Honor stamps slated for later this year:
Received my copy today; the cover is most beautiful, wish the stamps could have this kind of detail. Curiously, this edition lists the Classic Locomotives of Northern Ireland (page 7) but when I visited usps.com it listed the item as unavailable (as it has been for some time). Other than that, the new Christmas stamps were listed along with the Medal of Honor, Snowflakes, Global Forever: Evergreen, Gingerbread, and Inverted Jenny issues. Seems that this issue has an uptick in quality with crisper photos of all the issues and importantly stamps with a common theme are grouped together better. I am impressed.
Note that my copy has the Navy Medal of Honor on the cover rather than the Army MOH as posted by wt1. Appears there will be two USA Philatelic Catalogs for collectors of that item to consider.
