Interesting postcards! Looks like they were issued for
a jubilee celebrating 25 years in the Universal Postal Union.

David Giles two of them have stamps and postmarks..the others are unused !!

Close, t360. The French wording says that it honours the 25th anniversary (1877-1902) of Japan's admittance to the U.P.U.
