Hi Stampers ! I was given some stamps from a Friend and have been engulfed in your stamping world learning about them. The greedy part of my soul contacted a couple of dealers wanting to make thousands off of a sincere gift from a Friend. No one was interested, I couldn't even give them away ! In the end-I'm glad. Through researching these stamps, I have gained a great deal of respect for all of you. there are hundreds of stamps, printed a hundred different ways, on different paper, in different colors, stamped from everywhere in the world. WOW, is all I can say. The artwork and skill it took to print these, is fascinating to me. For me, these are beautiful little pieces of paper that I can spend hours looking at and researching with absolutely no results and say "that was fun" ! I have a new excuse not to do housework ! It's nice meeting all of you, I enjoy reading your post.
Hi and welcome Betty0513, Stamps are so intriguing. For me, I have lost sleep going through them. With all the community support it just adds to the addiction. Hope you have fun out here. I sure am. Gary
Welcome Betty0513! You have found a great forum with lots of great people. I so happy that we have a few new female members. Stamps versus housework? Guess which I vote for?
