I came across this.
I could not find a record of it in the specialized catalog.
Its a 30 dollar documentary stamp without numbers or overprint.
In the catalog this series goes up to ten dollars then jumps to $30 but the $30 variety is with Grant and not the liberty. Could someone help me out please and if you find the reference please tell me where you found it so I can learn how to use the catalog better.

Also in the Scotts catalog they use the terms Cut cancel and Perf initial. Could someone please show me an example.
