Nice 8 minute video on the front page of Stamp Insider available this month. Covers the First Day Ceremony at the William H Gross National Stamp Gallery as well as some neat production footage of the stamps.

That stamp behind the speakers is Scott 573 $5 Freedom issued in 1923 as the high value on what is called the Fourth Bureau Issue. It is a beauty too. Interesting similar bicolor layout as the Jenny, but no inverts got out on that one!

I am still very new at collecting stamps but that is one I want to get for my collection and it appears I might be able to get a used one on ebay fairly cheap. I hope they make reprints are more of the old designs, It is pretty much my only chance at getting mint copies of those cool designs.
