"E" relief, possible Type Va, but I'd have to see a scan at at least 1200 dpi to be able to plate it.
Nice stamp, with nice centering... |

It's an E relief so lack of scratches does not mean that it is a Type Va but I agree with Ray that there is a good chance of it. Can you post a 1200 dpi image? Another photo that is not oblique might work. Regardless, it is a nice stamp that needs to be in my collection |

If anybody can tell me why I can't get that GD image to appear in the right spot I would appreciate it. |

Yeah, Photobucket has been screwed up for months that way. You need to manually remove everything up to the [img] brackets
edit - and the at the end |

yes, its sissor cut but the perf. holes don't seem line up. Perf. holes between "P" and "S" of Postage don't seem to line well with the others. Just my opinion. |

Ray, Guess you won't get your E relief Type Va this time. The stamp is 48L8, a lowly Type V. Just was able to sit down and figure it out.
Kevin, Like I said, not a Type Va but I might still throw a couple bucks at it. Do you have a picture of the back that looks as nice as the front? Hopefully.... |

Winston....back is nice. Does have old hinge that can be soaked off. No faults..... On the plating....It is what it is. Thanks...KL |

Thanks for the scan. Are you going to edit the listing to reflect the fact that the stamp position is now known and it isn't a Type Va? |
