It's whats known as a "line pair". The line is where the two or four panes of 100 should have been cut apart. You have one from each pane.

pisti1978....that is called "imperf, horizontal pair with vertical line"....based on the fact it came from a IMPERF sheet.
Does not look to be a coil stamp.

I also have these two stamps, one does not have the line the other but I can not catalog them, the 3-cent typo says 1 +2 can not find them
