US Scott 2193 Error?

Came across this stamp with part of the "B" missing. Close inspection shows it was never there. Is this considered a common error or an unusual find? Errors in the catalogue refer to missing color or tagging but not incomplete printing. Scan does not show it but the stamp is green so it is not missing the color.

It is considered a common error.
Just something was on the plate (or paper) at printing which was between
the two.
Would not be a listing variety....little, if any, added value.

i've actually noticed that things like this are pretty common with this long running series. I still think it's an interesting find anyway though. Great eye!
