You mean about it being a fake coil (which it certainly appears to be to me)?

There's been a couple of bids since I've been checking it out. If it's legit it's a nice stamp. Looks like maybe it's been trimmed though.

Oops, didn't see you had posted rev. So it is trimmed then?
Same seller has a #350 listed also. http://www.ebay.com/itm/350-1909-4c...em46196871c2

Looks like a bad trim job on the sides. You can see white of the paper on the sides

The #350 that I linked to sold for $36.79. Looks like it was trimmed also.

I usually don't comment on ebay stuff but is this for real in that error perf. offering? I would like to see maybe 3-5 stamp strip before 'buying' into something so obvious as a 'trimmed issue' issued on paper yet -- obviously it is someone's using a cutting tool rather than perfs tear.. or am I missing something (there cancel ?????)

It's pretty bad when a Newby can spot such stuff as this. I have only one thing to say. Thank you SCF for being my teacher. Still a lot to learn.

Durland Catalogue lists Plate #5328 used for #332,#375 and #384 but NOT for #349. Unless the plate was used for the coil and is unlisted (Very Doubtful), it is a fake, probably from #332.

There appears to be some perforation hole divits on both sides of the #350-even without that it looks like a trimmed perforated stamp.
