Scott 147 With Green Cancel?

This cover was marked as being 147 with a green cancel, and just looking at it, it may be.

A green cancel would add $55 to the price.



But up against a color gauge, it looks blue near the blue and green near the green, though in all,
it looks more like a blue cancel to me. Does anyone disagree?
