I have recently come across a precancelled block of 569 which includes an example of the double transfer, and I have previously only seen mint examples. I was wondering if anyone else has seen one.
One person on another board said that they have seen one. Now I don't for a minute think that it is as scarce as only 2 known, but used or precancelled examples do seem to be much scarcer than mint examples which do show up fairly regularly.
