It is a flat plate stamp and the set-off image on the reverse is from the stacking of the wet sheets. Still, it is interesting but adds no premium. Nice looking stamp you have there however!

I have a full sheet of both # 551 (flat plate) and # 653 (rotary press). These are the two most affordable sheets out of the series that I have to compare both different printings and perforations.
