Not what I would have picked but I will have to settle like so many others; however there is a 4 digit number on reverse side of plate number -4150.

I received my coil of 10,000 yesterday. The plate number is printed on the Red stamp only. I have posted all the details with pictures in the delphi forum.

msfong: My sincere thanks for posting your info on these stamps. But I'm still a bit confused. Your PNCs seem to show red, yellow & green eagles preceding the red eagle with the plate number for each PNC. Yet acanalizo's picture in his earlier post here shows dark green, blue & violet eagles instead. But then confusion has been the norm for me the past week, so there's no surprise there. I should probably be patient & wait for my strips to arrive.

Stamp 37 - 48: Dark Green, Blue, Violet, Red, Yellow, Green, Dark Green, Blue, Violet, Red, Yellow, Green
Stamp 49 - 60: Dark Green, Blue, Violet, Red, Yellow, Green, Red, Yellow, Green, Dark Green, Blue, Violet

I hope it is clear

msfong: My strips arrived in the afternoon mail. All of them look exactly like acanalizo's strip. The 3 stamps immediately preceding the red eagle with the plate number are dark green, blue & violet. I can see your photo (although I can't see the plate #) with a red eagle being immediately preceded by red, orange & green eagles. This occurs nowhere within my strips. I have no explanation for the differences in our strips. All of our stamps have 2015 dates. Do you know if the same pattern seems to continue through the rest of your roll? I say "seems", because I don't expect you to unroll the whole coil. Is it possible that at a juncture, perhaps after some large number of stamps, the printer "resets" the spectrum starting color? Perhaps the 25-stamp strips provided by the USPS are taken from portions of the roll where the spectrum is "normal". Or maybe (extremely unlikely) you have a "unique" roll of eagles.
One last note. I still disagree with your "28th" stamp count. From your example, it is clear that the plate number occurs on every 27th stamp. The plate #s appear on stamps 1, 28 & 55. It is the order of the colors preceding the stamp with the plate number that has me puzzled. If you are selling your strips on ebay, I will likely be purchasing one.

Regarding the 27th vs 28th, I agree with you it is 27th.

When you go to ebay and search for "Spectrum Eagle 2015", you will find my postings there. I purchase the whole coil in order to cut it to the way that the buyers want. More importantly, if I purchase the strips from the USPS, they will fold the strip of 25 in 10-10-5 in order to fit into an envelope. This means I may get a "folded" PNC9, PNC11 or PNC13.
