From an old collector I received few very nice stamps. So, to honor him I`ll upload some of them here.

I`m novice, so I don`t know anything about them, and if someone dose know it would be nice to share his knowledge with us!

Welcome freespirityu and very well said. Amazing the power in a little piece of paper especially when you know where they came from. Feel free to share all you can . You may need some higher resolution scans or pics to have the specialist here definatly ID what you have.

The first stamp is a Newspaper stamp from 1865. I believe the catalog number would be PR3 with Scott CV of $400. But the color is wrong ... it should be orange red, although I've seen several that appear more orange than red. Yours appears to be orange yellow ... perhaps the color has faded somewhat over the years.
Added: Note that the CV is for a VF unused stamp with intact perfs. The catalog value for a used stamp is considerably greater than unused, but you would need to have the stamp expertized to verify the cancellation.

Thnx to you all for helping me and introducing me to this beautiful hobby!

As I said, here are few of them more! I have good cam but after I reduce a size less to 100kb it greatly reduce the quality of image too!
I know this is maybe not thread for uploading random stamps, but I`m still new and learning, and if mods wants, they can transfer a thread to different theme/thread.

oooh I just love that 10 pfennig coat of arms from Bavaria! Also for some reason that pink 9¢ prexi with the doughnut cancel. Nothing special about it and a very common stamp but it really catches my eye for some reason? Most of the US is very common stuff but like you stated, "if they could only talk huh?" well, to an extent, they can! Through the postmarks and year of production and some have variations that can be telling also. Just because a stamp is common don't mean it's completely worthless! If your (or anyone) is looking for monetary gain while stamp collecting then your probably embarking on the wrong path. The value in most cases in the history and thrill of the hunt while completing sets and the like. I relish meeting new collectors like yourself that have the zeal in them to still appreciate the hobby for what it is -a trip through time and history! Welcome to the family! You'll fit right in! -Jeff
