I did not see this post initially. The side ridges and the orientation of the points are characteristic of a Z grill. A D grill would have 15 full vertical rows. This grill has 12 rows and two half rows, sometimes referred to as a Z-I grill. (See the Philatelic Foundation Opinions article.)
