Hi Tina,
In your post, you need to include the URL of a picture between image tags, like this:

http://i0006.photobucket.com/albums...y/th_f13.jpg[
/img]
You can get the URL by right clicking on the image displayed on photobucket and choosing "Copy image address".
This puts the URL on your clipboard. You can then paste it into your post and put a set of image tags around it.
Notice there is a slash in the second image tag.
Use the "Preview Reply" button to see that you have it right.
Then hit "Submit Reply"
In your post you will see your picture like this:
