Maybe the large margin is throwing me, but the designs of these two stamps don't seem to line up exactly. Both were identified in an old album as 182's Is that correct?

I am assuming that both stamps were scanned together, so measuring off my screen I make both images 72mm high overall the printed area.

Terry mentioned something worth reitterating - don't worry about the paper size. The printed area on all these stamps is the same, the margins will vary wildly, and it will do nothing to help you identify the catalogue number.

As for whether or not these are 182s, I personally cannot tell the paper type from the scan. Both stamps appear to be type A44a, but that could make either one a 156 or 182.
