Here's a few interesting overprints.Have you guys seen anything like this before?

Also these are also somewhat interesting,,different color shades, and face size on middle stamp is smaller as well... all stamps are the same right, well then why is the middle one so different?

Like these 2 stamps~

Too bad the stamp is torn with Phili stamp there~

I forgot to post these 3 Rooseevelts, one with holes in it..what are those holes and does it add or take from stamps value wise?
Also look at the cancell on it,backside view appears to look like statue of liberty??

The Red cross cancellation is unique in the event of assistance by the government funding some % of the stamp sale would go to the Red Cross.

Those are slogan cancels, not overprints.

The holes in the stamps are referred to as "perfins". Perfins were used to keep people from stealing a businesses stamps and cashing them back in at the post office or using them for postage.

The slogan cancels shown were common and used in many cities. Below are the two types you posted.

Maybe those are from a catalog? They look like unusually good impressions if they were on cover.

Here's another version of the Red Cross Slogan Cancel:

As for the "Buy Bonds" slogan cancels, there were several versions in use at one time or another, as shown by these examples:

...and even the earlier "Defense Savings Bonds":
