1. watermark issude. along with the stamps already mentioned, the early 20th century Finland stamps are the same. one can see watermarks whether the post horn or swastika.

2. My mentor instamp collecting also had mentioned to lightly rub the perf edges against your dry lip and feel the difference. a rough feel is original gum due to the pulling apart of the stamps and breaking that gum plane. a smooth feel is the regummed due to the gum migrating around the edges of the perfs and rounding out the little fine hairs caused from separation of stamps. I have not tried this but I trust his judgement.
