Here's a stamp I need some help with





The stamp on the left is #567 and the one on the right is #698 but I can't find a listing for a coil stamp

Not a coil; straight edge stamp with the perfs on the opposite side trimmed off.

If that were so wouldn't the stamp height be less than the ones beside it?

Not necessarily. The trimmed stamp was probably a 10.5X11 rotary, perhaps with somewhat wide margins.

The bottom of the stamp has a guide line showing which would indicate that would be the edge of the cut pane and the top margin is still quite large.

There were 672,906,900 20 cent rotary stamps issued. There were going to be any number of sheets that had tall stamps due to normal variations in perforating, and there is no other possibility in any case. It was not issued as a coil, and if there had been a sheet that was imperf between it would have been discovered decades ago since the stamp was issued in 1931 and is part of a very popular set.
