The stamp on the left stuck out to me. Although it does look a little faded, the bottom horizontal lines are still there, and the color in the oval frame is there, but there's no vertical lines just outside of the oval.

Think this is just faded?

Fascinating. Can't wait to see what the experts have to say.

Side note. I did look at it under a 40x loupe and it does appear that there are very faint vertical stripes at the bottom, and at the top there's some lines, but they all but disappear about 2-3 mm down. Also, if you look at the top right scroll, the shading of the scroll is still there, albeit a bit fadded, but the other lines are gone. I wanna lean towards a faded stamp, but the overall color in the middle isn't faded to the extent I would have expected.

Left stamp is from a VERY worn plate. These were issued in the hundreds of millions, if not a billion or more, sometimes the need for stamps outweighed the need for a re-entry or a new plate.

OK cool. New to stamps so I didn't know how worn plates would look. I didn't know one part of the stamp could be so worn compared to other parts.

The shallower and thinner parts of the design will wear first (and a lot over time) and the deepest parts will not wear that much so you wind up with stamps like this one.
