Hi I believe this to be a 807b.. but without it's Partner.. Just wondering if I am correct (11x10 1/2) and if it still has any value as it is only half of its' number?

Close, but unfortunately a very serious difference in value.
It's an outer stamp from a miscut pane (807a).

If by some chance it was actually an 807b and someone cut them apart, as far as I know an imperf in-between can't be certified without both full stamps. In it's current form, it's just an oddity of minimal value either way.

If ever in doubt. Always assume the best until you can prove otherwise. Not to get your hopes up but so you don't do something you may regret later. I know because I've been there and done that.
