Scott 2005 - Consumer Education Coil - Color Bleed

All of the recent flyspecking of several 20-cent US stamps recently had me look closer at the (very forgettable) Consumer Education Coil (Scott #2005).

Notice the color bleed in the lower left corner of the tag. As I have several copies like this, I assume it was just a poor printing job and was quite common.

Wt1, forgettable as they may be they are also fairly scarce as plate number strips! Retail prices are between 35 and 45 dollars for strips of 5!
