Stock Transfer, Double Impression?

Not quite sure whether these are double impressions of the stamp, or heavy over inking. The first is a "normal" Scott R238 Documentary Stamp. I think that it is a nice, clean impression.



Then, two different versions of Scott RD9. Are these considered double impressions?





In addition, here is the 2 cent version (Scott RD2) that also has the same indications.



Scott lists all of these items with a double impression in the catalog, but with a "-" for the price. Interested in what other people think. Thanks.

These are not double impressions. These stamps were printed by offset, and sometimes the rubber blanket would bounce slightly and create these minor "kiss impressions". Double impressions on 20th century revenues are clearly doubled and are MUCH more obvious.
