Ahhh the proverbial dumb question coming up.....
The 832b is the 832 printed on watermarked paper.
But, is there any other way to identify this issue other than seeing the watermark.
With the old nasty gum and image bleeding through I cannot determine if this block has a watermark. I struggle seeing watermarks under the best of conditions.

This block meets the criteria of 22000 series without arrow. But that is well not really helpful with definite identification.

stampcrow....the answer is NO.
There are plate # combinations that the 832b can not be issued on.
Seems you are aware of that.
Watermarks on this issue...especially a PB should be easy to see.
You have to use watermark fluid or Ronsonol Lighter Fuel to see.

Thanks Kevin504. Yea, I guess I was hoping for some magic pill I didn't know about. I figured it was just about the watermark. I need to figure them out eventually. No time like the present.
I should probably start with issues that are assuredly watermarked and try my hand.
