I was going through some of my collection today and found these interesting top perfs. on this 1920 Monroe. The paper appears to be double. I am hoping this may be a 562c.

You should remove the loose chads (perf holes)....
It will make the stamp more pleasing to look at.

QUESTION???....why would this be a #562c candidate to you???

CW... chipg is right... with the perfs lining up it can't
be 562c... 562c is perf 10 top OR bottom, and perf 11 on
all other sides...

Speaking of 562.... w-o-w...

http://www.ebay.com/itm/562b-XF-UNU...em2c822cdc3f

I'll betcha he'd take a $1,500 (or less) offer if he owned it...

Seeing that it's Rupp, it's probably no-go under $2K...
