Turn them into encased postage, mark them "Old Stamps Not Recognized" and list them for 5 or 6-figures on E-Bay.

Seriously, though... I pi$$ away more than this on
cigs, beer and Powerball (when it's up there)...
so, I figure I've spent $18 bux on something that's
generated some fun conversation... definitely worth it !

Actually, it is not a bad looking item. You just have to get around the trimmed off corners. Can you imagine the value if the corners were complete?

Agreed. For $20 you can't get hurt. I've done far dumber things with $20 than buying a pair of 160 year old stamps :)
