So I have seen some of this stamp before but not with the perfin in it. What does this perfin stand for and what would the value on this one be? Perfs are top 11 and side 11 1/2. Thanks!

Your perfin spells "TRAV"...
I'm not a perfin collector, so I would not be able to give you the detail on them as many of the more expert collectors here might, so I'll defer that to them...
Your stamp is a 571, with a slight perf variance, it was produced as a perf 11 stamp. If you re-measure your stamp, you'll find it to be (mostly) perf 11 on all 4 sides... |

I need more practice at this! :) Thank you for your help! Are you the one that is really into the Washington/Franklin stamps? I remember reading a forum earlier and wonder if that was you? |

CC... I'm very into Wash/Franks, and have a reasonable amount of knowledge, and use a number of reference books (as well as Scott), but I am confessedly not an expert... there are many wonderful, knowledgeable experts on this site with far more knowledge than I'll likely ever have... |
