How are you able to keep editing this post ? I thought you could only edit for 1 hour after posting ?

If it was a plate flaw it would be constant.

It's a minor plate flaw or inking variety.

According to Brookman a bit over 6.2 BILLION of these were printed from over 100 plates. I am sure there's a number of minor plate flaw varieties that exist and carry little if any premium.

I was just so people reading
this post could get an intelligent
answer from someone on an expert level...

Personally, (as nicely as I can state this)...
I honestly couldn't care less if it had a
premium or not... it's an interesting item
to own, and to view (for whatever it is)
and, nonetheless, "rare" to come across...
(like most EFO's)...

Years ago many EFO's had premiums... now
most have very little value (relatively)
given so many are so easily obtained (now)
and thousands upon thousands of ebay listings
go unsold-repeatedly...
