I guess anything is possible and you have found the 26th one known to mankind. But what are the chances?
Your scan has a very high contrast to it, makes it difficult to tell what the stamp actually looks like. Did you use any kind of imaging filter on it? Or perhaps you scanned it with the scanner cover open? What about the back of the stamp?
Does it look/feel like hard, white wove paper? Have you tried 'snapping' the paper (gently of course)? Not sure if you will be able to glean much info here for this one, at best our opinions will only lead to more speculation and consternation; ultimately an expert has to be used in cases of rarities like an #180. Don
