Howdy all, new to this forum. Very happy I found it as I was searching for some information on some foreign stamps that I got at an estate auction this weekend.

I collect domestics, and came across a bunch of Chinese stamps including the Golden Monkey - Gengshen - and I'm hoping to justify my outrageous spending at the auction the other day. I had no idea it was inside one of the binders.

Believe it or not my alltime favorite is my #210 Washington. It's not the highest value, but it's my first "good stamp" that I came across as a teen, which is what started my collection (addiction?).

Anyhow, glad I came across the forum!

I've heard of CarTown, MoTown and Rock City. Never MooTown. Of course, there's a few more choice terms for Detroit lately - such a shame!
