Harry Potter Stamps Not In The 2013 USPS Stamp Yearbook

Does anyone know why the Harry Potter stamps not in the 2013 USPS Stamp Yearbook? Is there an extra page add-on I can get to include the stamps in the book?

Has this happened with other yearbooks in the past?

Frustrating that I can't get a book that just has EVERYTHING for the entire year.

I'm sure the USPS rights to the images and copyright laws for the Harry Potter stamps had a lot to do with the uncertainty of whether or not the stamp would get issued in 2013 or 2014, and the information was not yet finalized as of the time of publication of the 2013 Stamp Yearbook. One of the pitfalls of all of the USPS "pop culture" themed stamps, I guess.

Due to the omission, will be included in the 2014 Stamp Yearbook? I guess we'll have to wait and see.

Do you know if any previous yearbooks have had omissions of any stamps?
