I'm new to this site but enjoy reading the older posts. My main collecting interest are US fancy cancels on the large Banknote issues, 1870-1890. I also have a small collection of Scott 65. Auxillary markings is a new interest for me. I'm filling in my Canada US collections when something shows up a decent price or I can't find any cancels to add to my collection. I'll post some images of my "Fancy" cancels in the appropriate thread.

Welcome, vinman! I am also looking forward to seeing some of your stamps, especially the fancy cancels.

Regarding auxiliary markings, do you collect them on stamps or covers (or both)?

I collect them on both. I like a well traveled cover with lots of markings.
