Collectors should take advantage of the free online booklet because the actual full hardbound book is now up to $125.00 retail, as it is long out of print. I occasionally get a copy or two to sell (I currently have only one...), but it would appear that in the future, the book will sell for $150/200. so the booklet makes a good little reference without having to spend the money for the hardbound book.
Bill, you constantly amaze me: writing books on Stamps, Coins and I don't know what else; researching, posting here and on your site, and who knows wherelse? and expertizing for at least one of the Grading services. What, you found out how to buy time?
