does anyone have any clue what does it mean 10F, 22.5F... on back side of those stamps?

I hope it has some general meaning.

Especially with the 1 on the 8 cent shaped like it is, that is how the French write that number.

Are you referring to the 10c stamp with 3 out of 4 jumbo sides, or 3 out of 4 stamps shown in the first photo?
