Looks like a die 3 example with the dots in the scroll next to the left 2 and the "star" on Jackson's left cheek (right side as viewed). Too bad the bottom perforations were "improved".

Hi, Clark... thanks for the input... always appreciated...

I assume since you didn't comment on the bottom perfs that
they're ok. Seller is asking a tad over $100 for the stamp,
and it's NG, and I'm planning on negotiating with him after
he sends me a backscan... (still waiting for it)...

I'm thinking more down in the $65-$75 range as a target price...
what do you think?
