Two different stamps, but questions on each.

The first one has a very small fiber on the back. Can this be considered, "Paper with Silk Fibers"?

The second stamp has a horizontal green line halfway down the left side. However, it is not perfectly straight, hence I am asking.

Partime, I am no expert on silk paper, so I will leave your first stamp alone. The second stamp has in my opinion not a guide line, but rather an ink smear of some sort. A guide line is always very thin, and also straight without ragged edges.
