Hello everyone. I pulled this 2 cent pair Washington out of a group of other 2 cent stamps. It was very slightly stuck to the others. It measures from portrait lines, exactly 19 1/2 mm wide by 22 mom high and is perf 11. I know on the flat plate printing there is typically ink bleed through on the back. There is a very trace amount of ink on the back of these two but I'm not sure if is ink from being stuck to the others? Are these two rotary press? I'm guessing no but just double checking. Thanks!

Bottom pair from a booklet pane. Perf check them, it's either 11x11 (554c) or 11x10.5 (634d).

Flat plate pair from a 554c booklet pane. The measurements in the Scott catalog to the nearest 1/2 millimeter are not accurate enough to be used to make a reliable determination. Flat plate booklet panes were printed on horizontal grain paper instead of vertical grain paper used for sheet stamps. The resulting stamps are slightly wider and shorter than sheet stamps but not as wide as rotary press coil or coil waste stamps or as tall as rotary press sheet stamps or vertical coils.
