Some good news. The Curtis Census of revenue multiples has been resurrected on the Siegel site. Go to their site, than Tools and Resources than All Resources and under Research Tools you will find the census.

Thanks for the heads up. This is indeed good news for revenue collectors. I was disappointed when the site vanished. (I don't know what happened -- maybe someone else does.)

What happened is that Dan Curtis passed away after reaching an advanced age, so the site ended. It's valuable data, so it is good to see it back up.

No need to hunt through Siegel's website to find it. It's still at the original location:

Dan Curtis was an interesting guy. He was a client of ours for many years, and I spoke to him via telephone a number of times, but never actually met him. But even though he was obviously extremely wealthy, he was very "down to earth" and, in fact, extended to me and my wife an open invitation to stay as his guest at his Tampa home whenever we visited Florida! I always thought that offer was very kind of him, though we never took him up on it! I am pleased that Siegel Auctions has decided to continue the site.

I met him 3 or 4 times; he was very down to earth. Nice man.
