if I read these correctly and matched correctly to the listings within the Shellabear/Tollman book. The Cheshire, Philadelphia and Western are my first of these types.

Very nice, colonel. That must have been a good show. Where I am, finding nice revenues at local shows, especially with cancels like that, is a rare occurrence.

I'm in Minnesota, colonel. We have one big show in the summer attended by some out-of-state dealers with revenues. Otherwise, the local guys generally don't have them.

Do you collect RR cancels Rustyc? or enjoy the hunt for many types of handstamped cancels?

Colonel, I say I collect 19th Century U.S. revenues, which is true, but I have mostly focused on the First Issue. Aside from trying to have at least one example of each major Scott number (which is still an unrealized goal),I look for stamps that look cool to me, which often means ones that have neat cancels. So I don't focus on any one type of cancel.
