I picked these up about 15 years ago. I can not remember where this cancel originates from any help is appreciated. Thank you.

interesting! Looks like a little boat or cruiser of some type or maybe a "blinky" eye with eyelashes -OK that last one might be a bit of a stretch...lol I never really seen anything that resembles it although there were fancy cancels that are quite collectable from this particular era so someone (Quite obviously so) with more knowledge will have to answer.
