Some area on the net it is saying a lot of 200 or a lot of 100. I'm thinking this might just be the Quantity of stamps that are connected together.

If you are looking at stamps for sale, then a "lot" of 200 stamps would mean 200 stamps that are being sold for one price.

You don't seem to be a native English speaker. What is your native language? Do you use an online translator? Knowing this may help us communicate with you.

on the right side of bid***rt.com it has "sub custom CAT (by Lots)

You find 'lots' in auction listings & it is a word used to define items for sale or auction. For instance in the stamp field 'Lot 1' may be a collection of stamps, 'Lot 2' a philatelic book, 'Lot 3' a single stamp, 'Lot 4 a set of stamps, etc.

Note that the word is not limited to stamps but is used by all auctions no matter the genre.
