Does anyone have a scan or good picture of what a stich mark looks like? I have tried searching iternet and the ones available I can not determine what to look for.
Back in the 20's & 30's stitch watermarks were pretty popular, but when those collectors passed on so did the interest in stitch watermarks. A list made in the late 20's showed about 100 different revenues with them, but since no one really looks for them at this point finding them would be largely a matter of luck.
