Boston Public Library's 25,000 Postcards ... now online!

"... extensive collection of US state tourist cards from the 1940s-50s ..." (and much, much more)

Conveniently arranged in 384 topical albums on Flickr with Creative Commons permissions!

Great link, ikey. I grew up in Oklahoma, and the Oklahoma postcards evoked lots of memories.

Extra points if you can Name That Logo!

I think there is a large 'S' over a 'P' ...

Probably old hat to you natves, but, as a cigarette card collector, I love the NYPL's digital archive:

Presume that you also know this site:

Doesn't have your SP, however, so no points winging their way here.

That's "natives", not "natves" in the last reply, by the way.

Yes, the logo & example at MPC - sharing so many elements - had me thinking the same thing.

To arrive at a definitive answer, I guess I'll just have to keep collecting.

Cheers,

Very nice link. Has several photos of places I have been or remember (the Pulaski County Courthouse is where I got married!) and several from my hometown of Newport, Arkansas. Thanks for the great link!
