blcjr Thank you. Now to complicate things the USPS Guide shows it in the 1987 & 1988 area of the guide but no Scott Number. The USPS shows it as a Semi-Postal or in that area. When I purchased the sheet a couple years ago the P.O. clerk said they had been out several years. This leaves me very confused. My USPS Guide is a 2011

The problem is that you are using a 2011 Catalog. The stamps were only issued in 2011 and the Scott numbers may not have been confirmed at the time of publication. My 2012 Postal Service Guide to US Stamps shows it thusly -- and also confirms the issue date as being 04/14/2011:

Thanks wt1 That clears it up for me. So apparently the stamps were sold as singles and according to the chart. There was a FDC for each stamp also.

Only after the stamps were issued did the Scott Catalog editors apply the appropriate catalog numbers to the stamps.

TinMan: The stamps were sold in sheets only. The single FDC was available both in a normal First Day Cancel and in the Digital Colorized cancel as a set (1 set of each) or a complete sheet. Singles were not available from USPS retail offices.

TinMan: You can also use websites of online dealers to find the Scott numbers. www.mysticstamp.com would be one option. Just enter the issue name and you'll (eventually) find it.
