I have gotten 4 or 5 different Babe Ruth stamps and each one I order I order it MNH. Each one of them comes to me with no gum on it. So then I am wondering is this stamp a self adhesive variety? So that is my question is the 20 cent Babe Ruth stamp a self adhesive and that is the reason there is no gum on any of them that I order?

That stamp has dull gum so it might just appear to have no gum to you. Since you have 4 or 5 of them now, use one of them on an envelope and see if it sticks. Bet it does :)
